These Terms govern use of this website and online service-request features operated by Fast Seven LLC, doing business as Fast Seven Appliance Repair ("Fast Seven"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Website information
Website content is general information and may change without notice. Appliance symptoms, availability, service areas, pricing, promotions, and estimated response times are not guarantees. A technician must inspect the appliance before diagnosis, scope, parts, price, or repairability can be confirmed.
2. Service requests are not confirmed appointments
Submitting a form, voicemail, or message is a request for contact and does not create a confirmed appointment or obligate Fast Seven to accept work. An appointment is confirmed only when our dispatcher expressly confirms its date, time window, address, and availability. Additional service areas may be available upon request.
3. Accurate information and authorized access
You agree to provide accurate contact, appliance, and property information and to have authority to request service at the address. An adult authorized to approve work must be present or available. You are responsible for safe, lawful access to the appliance and disclosure of known hazards.
4. Services and scope limitations
Fast Seven provides residential appliance repair, maintenance, deep cleaning, and appliance installation using existing compatible utility connections. We do not provide plumbing services, new gas-line installation, in-wall electrical work, new electrical circuits or outlets, HVAC or air-conditioning repair, appliance delivery, or appliance haul-away or disposal. Service depends on appliance type, condition, location, technician availability, safe access, and parts availability.
5. Diagnostics, estimates, parts, and warranties
Your first diagnostic service call is FREE. After inspection, we provide an exact repair estimate and you decide whether to proceed. We source appropriate quality parts for each repair, including OEM parts when appropriate and available. Our standard repair warranty is 60 days on labor and Fast Seven-supplied parts. It does not automatically cover customer-supplied parts, appliance installation, unrelated failures, or the appliance as a whole. Job-specific service documents control the final scope, price, payment terms, parts, cancellation or no-access charges, and warranty coverage.
6. Hours, scheduling, and availability
Public business hours are 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, seven days a week. Same-day appointments may be available depending on location, schedule, and technician availability, but are not guaranteed. A service request is not a confirmed appointment until our dispatch team confirms it.
7. Communications
By giving us a telephone number and submitting a service request, you authorize Fast Seven to make non-marketing calls reasonably related to that request. Text messages are governed by our SMS Terms and require the applicable opt-in. If a call is recorded, we will provide notice and obtain consent as required by law.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful requests, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, or use content in violation of law or another person's rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Fast Seven name, logos, site design, text, and original project photographs are owned by or licensed to Fast Seven and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners; display does not imply manufacturer affiliation, factory authorization, or certification.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to Google Analytics, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Yelp, Housecall Pro, mapping, payment, and other third-party services. Fast Seven is not responsible for third-party sites, availability, content, or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Fast Seven disclaims implied warranties relating solely to website use and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from website use. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, and these website limitations do not replace a written service warranty.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
