SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms apply to service-related text messages sent by Fast Seven LLC d/b/a Fast Seven Appliance Repair ("Fast Seven," "we," or "us").

1. Program description

When you affirmatively opt in, Fast Seven may send texts concerning your service request or customer relationship, including appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, requests for details, estimates, invoices, warranty follow-ups, and support messages.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our request form or otherwise providing documented consent, you authorize Fast Seven to send service-related texts to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is optional and not preselected. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Fast Seven does not charge a separate fee for texts.

4. Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation. After opting out, we will not send further texts unless you opt in again, but may use other permitted methods about an active appointment, payment, safety issue, or legal obligation.

6. Delivery and carriers

Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by your carrier, device, or network. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We do not sell mobile numbers and do not share SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, including Housecall Pro and telecommunications providers, solely to operate communications and our business.

8. Number changes

If you stop using or transfer your mobile number, notify us promptly so messages are not sent to a new subscriber.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
