This Privacy Policy explains how Fast Seven LLC, doing business as Fast Seven Appliance Repair ("Fast Seven," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, request service, call, text, or otherwise communicate with us.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and identity information: name, telephone number, email address, service address, and billing address.
- Service information: appliance type, brand, model, serial number, photographs, problem descriptions, appointment details, estimates, invoices, warranty information, and communication history.
- Transaction information: payment and billing records. Payment card details may be processed directly by our payment providers; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers on this website.
- Device and website information: IP address, browser/device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, where collected by hosting or analytics providers.
- Communications: calls, voicemails, emails, and texts. If a call is recorded, we will provide notice and obtain consent as required by applicable law.
2. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you through our service-request form, telephone calls, text messages, emails, in-person service, and payments. We may also receive information from authorized property managers, landlords, warranty providers, referral partners, or platforms through which you contact us.
3. How we use information
- Schedule, diagnose, provide, and follow up on appliance services;
- Contact you about appointments, technician arrival, estimates, invoices, warranties, and support;
- Process payments and maintain business and tax records;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;
- Prevent fraud, protect customers and technicians, enforce agreements, and comply with law;
- Send marketing only where permitted and honor opt-out requests.
4. How we disclose information
- Service providers: Housecall Pro for CRM, scheduling, calling, messaging, estimates, invoices, and related operations; Google Forms and Google Sheets for receiving and organizing service requests; and website hosting, communications, payment, accounting, and IT/security providers.
- Technicians and business partners: assigned technicians, parts suppliers, and authorized subcontractors who need information to perform requested service.
- Legal and safety purposes: authorities, insurers, professional advisers, or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers: a buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Text messages and calls
If you opt in, we may send service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates, estimate or invoice notices, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Review our SMS Terms.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, administer warranties, maintain tax and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no Internet system is completely secure.
7. Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal and operational exceptions, by contacting us below. We may verify your identity. You may opt out of marketing email through its unsubscribe link and texts by replying STOP.
California law may provide additional rights when a business meets applicable statutory thresholds. We will honor legally applicable requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We currently do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track
Our website and providers may use essential cookies or similar technology for security, functionality, and basic performance measurement. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform standard. We will honor Global Privacy Control where legally required. Third parties may collect information about activity over time and across websites only through technologies they operate, subject to their own policies.
9. External services
Our website links to third-party services such as Yelp and uses services provided by Google and Housecall Pro. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Children
Our services and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
